I work with individuals navigating grief and chronic illness, offering a steady, compassionate space to process loss, uncertainty, and change. My approach is shaped by personal traumatic and sudden loss, years of experience working in hospital settings, where I’ve witnessed firsthand how illness and grief affect not just the body, but identity, relationships, and one’s sense of safety in the world. I strive to be culturally attuned and deeply respectful of each client’s lived experience, understanding that culture, family, and personal history shape how we grieve and cope. In our work together, my goal is to meet you with warmth and honesty. To help you feel understood while supporting you in finding meaning, and connection during difficult times.
